Called up 3 times and got no answer. Tried also calling up 1 hour later just in case they were busy or understaffed and still no answer.Lazy staff, will be taking my electrical business elsewhere

Friendly stuff and offer reasonable product and price. Recommended for all. However, for first time customer may need to spend some times to locate the main office (back door) and waiting perioud about 10-20mins.

I needed a very small globe to fit an old hand held magnifying glass my 94 year old mother used to complete puzzles in magazines. I tried everywhere with no luck then found out about LRA in O'Connor. I spoke with Sam who was very, very, very helpful and sent the globe to him. He rang me when it arrived, kept me updated on his progress re finding a match and confirmed that he had indeed found a match and was posting it to me. It arrived today and fits perfectly! The time and trouble he went to for a globe costing under $3 is a testament in itself to Sams dedication to customer service and the Company's reputation. Thank you Sam and LRA!"
